Last week the employees at Delaware Resource Group of Oklahoma on McConnell AFB, KS voted 100% YES to be a UNION. The election took place Wednesday February 5, 2025, by the National Labor Relations Board (case # 14-RC-358006). District Lodge 70 Business Representative Clint Shockey oversaw the election and Business Representative Wendy Brooks is assigned to the Unit to negotiate the First Contract. President and Directing Business Representative Lisa Whitley said, "we are proud to welcome this unit to our growing IAM District family". All the SCA units under the District Lodge are part of Local Lodge 774 and that is where this unit will be as well. The Unit supports the KC46 TMS contract on McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, KS. Delaware Resource Group of Oklahoma is not new to the IAM. They are currently 63 sites that are organized with the IAM and growing with an election on January 15, 2025, at McGuire AFB, NJ voting YES to be part of the IAM as well.
